Operating and Drilling Costs. For the avoidance of doubt, all costs associated with or paid or incurred in connection with the drilling, testing, completing, developing and operating the Development Xxxxx or otherwise incurred in connection with the ownership or operation of the Subject Interests other than Taxes and Post Production Cost Charges shall be borne solely by Assignor and shall not be included as Chargeable Costs, and Assignor may use any Subject Minerals in such operations without any duty to account to Assignee.
