Common use of Operating Costs Clause in Contracts

Operating Costs. The term “Operating Costs” shall mean any and all expenses incurred by Landlord in connection with the operation, management, maintenance and repair of the Building and the Land, and all easements, rights and appurtenances thereto, but excluding the expenses identified in Section 9.6, below. Operating Costs shall include:
