Common use of Operating Equipment and Operating Supplies Clause in Contracts

Operating Equipment and Operating Supplies. Manager shall procure as an Operating Cost all Operating Supplies and Operating Equipment as Manager deems necessary to the normal and ordinary course of operation of the Hotels and to operate the Hotels in accordance with the Operational Standards.

Operating Equipment and Operating Supplies. Manager shall procure procure, as an Operating Cost Cost, all Operating Supplies operating supplies and Operating Equipment operating equipment as Manager deems necessary to the normal and ordinary course of operation the Facility. In purchasing goods, supplies, equipment and services for the Facility, Manager may utilize its purchasing procurement services and/or other group buying techniques for the benefit of the Hotels and to operate the Hotels in accordance with the Operational StandardsFacility.
