Operating Governmental Approvals. All governmental approvals required under applicable Legal Requirements which are necessary for the continued routine operation of the Project Facilities shall have been duly obtained by MCWD and MCWRA and shall be in full force and effect. Copies of all such governmental approvals shall have been delivered to CAW.
