Test Report. The testing laboratory shall prepare a written report indicating the drugs, alcohol, or their metabolites tested for, the types of tests conducted, and whether the test produced negative or positive test results, and the testing laboratory shall disclose that report to the Appointing Authority within three working days after obtaining the final test result.
Test Report. General requirements One test report shall be completed for each tests required for the type-approval. Each additional (e.g. a second speed on a constant speed engine) or supplementary test (e.g. another fuel is tested) will require an additional or supplementary test report.
Test Report. The report should contain a copy of each of the three spectra (3 pH conditions). If neither water nor methanol solutions are fea- sible, there will be only one spectrum. Spectra should include a readable wave-length scale. Each spectrum should be clearly marked with the test conditions.
Test Report. For each test and reference compound, the following data shall be reported.
Test Report. 7.10.1. The test report shall record the results of all the tests in paragraph 7. above and in particular:
(a) The type of device used for the test (acceleration or deceleration device);
(b) The total velocity change;
(c) The trolley speed immediately before impact only for deceleration trolleys;
(d) The acceleration or deceleration curve during all the velocity change of the trolley;
(e) The maximum forward displacement of the manikin;
(f) The place – if it can be varied – occupied by the buckle during the test;
(g) The buckle-opening force;
(h) Any failure or breakage;
(i) For any restrain system other than the driver the contour of the contact should be evaluated versus the movement of the manikin in the sled by the technical service in this report. If by virtue of paragraph 7.7.1. the anchorages prescribed in Annex 6 to this Regulation have not been respected, the test report shall describe how the belt assembly or the restraint system was installed and shall specify important angles and dimensions.
Test Report. In addition to the re- porting requirements as specified in the TSCA Good Laboratory Practice Standards, in part 792, subpart J of this chapter, the following specific informa- tion shall be reported:
Test Report. When a test report is specified on the Purchase Order, the signature of the authorizing personnel and date are required on the test report. Test reports will include identification of special processes, supplier name, actual values, specifications, specification revisions, and Purchase Order number.
Test Report. ERCOT shall give the Capacity Test results in writing (the “Capacity Test Report”) to Participant within twenty-four (24) hours after the test is run.
Test Report. The test report shall contain the results and all the calculations required to find the net power, as listed in the appendix to this annex, together with the characteristics of the engine listed in annex 1 to this Regulation
8. MODIFICATION OF ENGINE TYPE Any modification of the engine with regard to the characteristics listed in annex 1 to this Regulation must be reported to the competent administration. That administration may then either:
8.1 Consider that the modifications made are not liable to have any substantial effect on the power of the engine, or
Test Report. Within sixty (60) days following conclusion of any required Acceptance Test, MCWD and MCWRA shall furnish CAW with a copy of a certified written report describing and certifying the applicable Acceptance Test has been conducted and if the procedures and standards relating thereto and all other requirements specified in the Acceptance Test Plan have been completed, that Acceptance has occurred. The written test report shall include copies of the original data sheets, log sheets and all calculations used to determine performance during the applicable Acceptance Test, as well as copies of laboratory reports conducted in conjunction with the Acceptance Test, including all laboratory sampling and test results.
