Common use of Operation by Contractor Clause in Contracts

Operation by Contractor. (a) Contractor shall furnish all necessary equipment (including providing wheeled carts to Customers for garbage, recyclables and green waste) for services provided pursuant to this Agreement and shall maintain its equipment in good repair and working condition at all times.

(a) Contractor shall furnish all necessary equipment (equipment, including providing wheeled carts with lids to Customers for garbagetrash and Recyclable Material (non-organic and organic), recyclables and green waste) for unless commercial Customers elect to subscribe to collection services using larger capacity bin or box provided by the Contractor, pursuant to this Agreement and Agreement. Contractor shall maintain its equipment in good repair and working condition at all times.
