Operation by the Company. 6.2.1 The Company shall control and operate the Facility from the Commercial Operations Date in accordance with JPS’ Dispatch instructions. 6.2.2 Commencing on the Commercial Operations Date, the Company shall keep the Control Center informed as to the current capability of the Facility and shall immediately advise the Control Center of any change in such capability.
