Operation By Third Parties. If any portion of the Deed of Trust Property is comprised of interests which are not working interests or which are not operated by the Trustor or one of its Affiliates, then with respect to such interests and properties, the Trustor’s covenants as expressed in this Article III are modified to require that the Trustor use reasonable commercial efforts to obtain compliance with such covenants by the working interest owners or the operator or operators of such Deed of Trust Properties.
