OPERATION OF MACHINERY & PERFORMANCE OF WORK. 22.01 No employee may, at any time, operate any machinery without someone else present in the area. 22.02 Employees who operate machinery in an unsafe manner or who fail to wear safety equipment are in violation of this Agreement, as well as the Occupational Health and Safety Act of Ontario. 22.03 No employee will be required to perform any task that is detrimental to the employee’s health or safety.
