Operation of Project. The Participant will maintain all of the Prescriptive Measures and Custom Measures implemented through each Custom Project and Prescriptive Project in good working order and will operate and maintain such equipment and improvements without any modification for a continuous period of at least 72 months (the “Period”) starting on the first day of the month immediately following the month in which the LDC pays the Participant Incentive hereunder.
