Common use of Operation of the Schemes Clause in Contracts

Operation of the Schemes. (a) The Schemes have at all times been operated in accordance with their governing rules or terms and all applicable laws and all documents which are required to be filed with any regulatory authority have been so filed and all tax clearances and approvals necessary to obtain favourable tax treatment for the Company and/or the participants in the Schemes have been obtained and not withdrawn and no act or omission has occurred which has or could prejudice any such tax clearance and/or approval.

Operation of the Schemes. (a) The Schemes have at all times been operated operated, in all material respects, in accordance with their governing rules or terms and all applicable laws and all documents which are required to be filed with any regulatory authority have been so filed and all tax clearances and approvals necessary to obtain favourable tax treatment for the Company Group and/or the participants in the Schemes have been obtained and not withdrawn and no act or omission has occurred which has or could prejudice any such tax clearance and/or approval.

Operation of the Schemes. (a) The To the Knowledge of the Principal Management Employees, the Schemes have at all times been operated in all material respects in accordance with their governing rules or terms and all applicable laws and all documents which are required to be filed with any regulatory authority have been so filed and all tax clearances and approvals necessary to obtain favourable tax treatment for the Company and/or the participants in the Schemes have been obtained and not withdrawn and the Company has received no notice that any act or omission has occurred which has or could prejudice any such tax clearance and/or approval.
