Operation of Trains and Rollingstock. The Access Holder is responsible for the safe operation of its (or the Operator’s) Rollingstock on the Nominated Network and must ensure that at all times whilst the Operator is operating on the Nominated Network: (a) the Access Holder’s or Operator’s Rollingstock and Rollingstock Configurations comply with the Interface Risk Management Plan (including the Rollingstock Interface Standards); (b) the Operator operates only authorised Rollingstock and Rollingstock Configurations as specified in Schedule 4; and (c) all loading and unloading of the Access Holder’s or Operator’s Rollingstock is undertaken in a manner that: (i) is consistent with the requirements of Schedule 4 and the Rollingstock Interface Standards; (ii) does not affect the safe operation of the Rollingstock; and (iii) ensures that all items on or in the Access Holder’s or Operator’s Rollingstock remain secured in position during transit.
