The Operator is responsible for the safe operation of its Rollingstock on the Nominated Network and must ensure that at all times whilst operating on the Nominated Network: (a) (a) its Rollingstock and Rollingstock Configurations comply with the Interface Risk Management Plan (including the Rollingstock Interface Standards); (b) (b) it operates only authorised Rollingstock and Rollingstock Configurations as specified in Schedule 4; and
