Operational Commencement. 8.21 Notwithstanding the prior Acceptance of Milestone T4 ("TE Transition to Live Operations Complete"), and subject to Clause 0, the Service Provider shall not commence operation of the Service Systems (and the associated Services) until the date specified for such operation in a TE Notice to Commence Operations or a TE Notice to Commence Reduced Operations issued by TfL.
