Operational Communications. Ontario and the Ultimate Recipient are solely responsible for operational communications with respect to Projects, including but not limited to: calls for tender, contract awards, and construction and public safety notices. Operational communications as described above are not subject to the Official Languages Act of Canada.

Ontario and the a) The Ultimate Recipient are is solely responsible for operational communications with respect to Projects, including but not limited to: calls for tender, contract awards, and or construction and public safety notices. Operational communications as described above are not subject to the Official Languages Act federal official language policy. b) Canada does not need to be informed on operational communications. However, such products should include, where appropriate, the following statement, “This project is funded in part by the Government of CanadaCanada and the Government of Ontario.” As appropriate, operational communications will also recognize the funding of Ontario in a similar manner.
