Common use of Operational Equipment Clause in Contracts

Operational Equipment. Each Party shall provide and maintain, at its own cost, all necessary equipment to fulfill its obligations under the Agreement including hardware, software and services necessary to transmit, receive, translate, record, print and store EDI Messages.
