Operational Flexibility. Each designated airline may, on any or all flights and at its option: 1. operate flights in either or both directions; 2. combine different flight numbers within one aircraft operation; 3. serve behind, intermediate, and beyond points and points in the territories of the Parties on the routes in any combination and in any order; 4. omit stops at any point or points; 5. transfer traffic from any of its aircraft to any of its other aircraft at any point on the routes; and 6. serve points behind any point in its territory with or without change of aircraft or flight number and may hold out and advertise such services to the public as through services; without directional or geographic limitation and without loss of any right to carry traffic otherwise permissible under this Agreement; provided that, with the exception of all-cargo services, the service serves a point in the territory of the Party designating the airline.

Operational Flexibility. It is recognized that our futures are closely linked and that our cooperation in working toward advanced technologies, processes and methods is fundamental to our survival in the marketplace. To this end, the Company and the Union mutually agree to explore flexible operational methodologies together to increase cost competitiveness, manufacturing capability and quality. Included in these methodologies are Quick Die Change (QDC), Self-Directed Work Teams and other such modern process that the parties mutually agree to.

Each designated airline may, on any or all flights and at its option: a) operate flights in either or both directions; b) combine different flight numbers within one aircraft operation; c) serve behind, intermediate, and beyond points and points in the territories of the Contracting Parties on the routes in any combination and in any order; d) omit stops at any point or points; e) transfer traffic from any of its aircraft to any of its other aircraft at any point on the routes; and f) serve points behind any point in its territory with or without change of aircraft or flight number and may hold out and advertise such services to the public as through services without directional or geographic limitation and without loss of any right to carry traffic otherwise permissible under this Agreement; provided that the service serves a point in the territory of the Contracting Party designating the airline. 2. On any segment(s) of the routes above, any designated airline may perform international air services without any limitation as to change of gauge, at any point on the route, on an one-onone basis (with the exception of code-sharing) provided that, in the outbound direction, the air services beyond such point is a continuation of the air services from the territory of the Contracting Party that has designated the airline and, in the inbound direction , the air services to the territory of the Contracting Party that has designated the airline is a continuation of the air services from beyond such point. 3. The designated airline(s) of each Contracting Party may be required to submit its envisaged flight schedules for approval to the aeronautical authorities of the other Contracting Party at least thirty (30) days prior to the operation of the agreed services. Any modification thereof shall be submitted for consideration at least fifteen (15) days prior to the operation. 4. For supplementary flights which the designated airline(s) of one Contracting Party wishes to operate on the agreed services outside the approved timetable, that airline must request prior permission from the aeronautical authorities of the other Contracting Party. Such requests shall usually be submitted at least four (4) working days prior to the operation of such flights.
Operational Flexibility. The parties agree that the Company may implement operational flexibility with self-relief, if appropriate. Local discussion to develop implementation of Plan with the understanding that following local discussions, the Company will have the right to implement such practices of running through breaks and lunch periods.
Operational Flexibility. NASA has the personnel, resources, and flexibility to initiate this proposal and ensure its completion. The contractor Environmental Department is appropriately staffed to initiate the proposal and direct it through the appropriate channels. The WSTF contractor Environmental Department and Information Services Section (ISS) are staffed with personnel with extensive expertise in Internet-based systems, web page development, and site security issues. WSTF also has the computer system network, servers, and web hosting capabilities to develop and upload the proposed system. WSTF currently has a functioning web page located at xxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxxx.xxx and an environmental compliance and regulatory reporting home page could easily be developed as an extension of this home page.

Operational Flexibility. The designated airlines of each Party may, on any or all flights and at the option of each airline: (a) operate flights in either or both directions; (b) market code-share services within the other Party to points behind the gateway point provided that such services form part of the through international journey; (c) combine different flight numbers within one aircraft operation; (d) serve intermediate and beyond points and points in the Parties on the routes in any combination and in any order; (e) omit stops at any point or points; (f) transfer traffic from any of its aircraft to any of its other aircraft at any point on the routes; and (g) exercise stopover co-terminal traffic rights, including carriage of internationally ticketed passengers; without directional or geographic limitation and without loss of any right to carry traffic otherwise permissible under this Agreement, provided that the point of origin or destination is in that Party.
