Common use of Operations and Support Services Agreement Clause in Contracts

Operations and Support Services Agreement. The Operations and Support Services Agreement, in substantially the form attached to this Agreement as Exhibit C, executed by the O&M Contractor and the Concessionaire, pursuant to which the Concessionaire will delegate to the O&M Contractor the performance of its operations and maintenance services obligations as provided in this Agreement and the other Project Agreements.

Operations and Support Services Agreement. The Operations and Support Services Agreement, in substantially the form attached to this Agreement as Exhibit CC as of the Second Amended and Restated Agreement Date, has been executed and delivered by the O&M Contractor and the Concessionaire, pursuant to which the Concessionaire will delegate delegates to the O&M Contractor the performance of its operations and maintenance services obligations as provided in this Agreement and the other Project Agreements.
