Operations Board Organization. 1. A Chairperson and Vice Chairperson shall be selected by its members and shall have such responsibilities as may be conferred by the rules of procedure or bylaws. 2. The Operations Board shall meet at least once every three months and provide for the keeping of minutes of its meetings. A quorum shall mean a majority of the members, excluding vacancies.
