Common use of Operations Plan Clause in Contracts

Operations Plan. The Grantee has an HHSC approved operations plan and work plan that outlines goals, objectives, tasks, and timelines for each service outlined in the contract. The Grantee shall submit a plan of operation to HHSC within thirty (30) business days after execution of the contract. The Grantee shall submit to HHSC for approval on-going plan updates and changes at least thirty (30) business days before a change is to become effective. The operations plan shall include, but not be limited to, the following: a. Comprehensive description and delivery method for services provided to clients, and work plan on how coverage will be made available to the SNAP-Ed target audience in the State; b. Comprehensive description of how all geographical areas and high need but hard to reach populations will be served; c. Comprehensive description of strategies for evaluating the program and managing customer satisfaction;
