Operations Plan. The Grantee has an HHSC approved operations plan and work plan that outlines goals, objectives, tasks, and timelines for each service outlined in the contract. The Grantee shall submit a plan of operation to HHSC within thirty (30) business days after execution of the contract. The Grantee shall submit to HHSC for approval on-going plan updates and changes at least thirty (30) business days before a change is to become effective.
