Operations Policies. All written procedures, policies, instructions from Company's officers, directors or managers, the Company Employee Manual (if any), and all other written communications from the Company to Executive individually, not inconsistent with Executive's duties hereunder, or to all Company's employees. Said Operations Policies are hereby incorporated herein and expressly made a part of this Agreement by this reference thereto.
