Common use of Operative Agreements Clause in Contracts

Operative Agreements. On the Initial Closing Date, each of the respective parties thereto shall execute and deliver this Agreement, the Lease, the Security Agreement, the Notes, the Guarantee, the Credit Agreement, the Assignment of Lease, the Consent to Assignment, and such other documents, instruments, certificates and opinions of counsel as agreed to by the parties hereto.

Operative Agreements. On the Initial Closing Date, each of the respective parties hereto and thereto shall execute and deliver this Agreement, the Lease, the Security Credit Agreement, the Notes, the Guarantee, the Credit Trust Agreement, the Assignment of LeaseCertificates, the Consent to AssignmentSecurity Agreement, the Mortgage Instruments and such other documents, instruments, certificates and opinions of counsel as agreed to by the parties hereto.

On the Initial Closing Date, each of the respective parties hereto and thereto shall execute and deliver each of the following agreements to which it is a party this Agreement, the Lease, each applicable Ground Lease (or restatement thereof), the Credit Note Loan Agreement, the Mortgage Note Loan Agreement, the Credit Notes, the Mortgage Notes, the Security Agreement, the Noteseach applicable Mortgage Instrument, the Guarantee, the Credit Agreement, the Assignment of Lease, the Consent to Assignment, each applicable Security Document and such other documents, instruments, certificates and opinions of counsel as agreed to by the parties heretohereto or reasonably required for the closing of the transactions as contemplated in the Operative Agreements.
