OPERATOR CONTRACT. 8.1 Each Constituent Authority shall promptly execute the Operator Contract in counterpart and return the executed counterpart to the Host Council as soon as reasonably practicable following execution. The Host Council shall as soon as reasonably practicable confirm that the Operator Contract has been duly executed by all Constituent Authorities and is in force and effect.
