Operator's responsibility. The Operator must: (a) either itself or by procuring another party to do so, at the Shipper's expense supply, install, Operate and Maintain Outlet Metering Equipment at each Outlet Station in good working order and condition and in accordance with the standard of a Reasonable and Prudent Person; and (b) calculate and record: (i) the quantity of Gas Delivered to the Operator by the Shipper; and (ii) the quantity of Gas Delivered to the Shipper by the Operator.
