Operator’s Rights and Obligations. (1) Operator will not for any reason relocate or remove any of the Equipment without Delta’s prior written consent. Delta will pay all costs associated with the installation, relocation, purchase, regular maintenance, repair (other than for loss or damage for which is Operator is responsible) or removal of Equipment.
