Common use of Opinion of Patent Counsel for the Company Clause in Contracts

Opinion of Patent Counsel for the Company. On the Closing Date, the Representative shall have received the opinion of Pxxxxxxx Oxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx, special patent counsel for the Company with respect to intellectual property matters, dated as of such date, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B-1, with executed copies for each of the other Underwriters named on the Prospectus cover page.

Opinion of Patent Counsel for the Company.
