Common use of Opinion of Patent Counsel for the Company Clause in Contracts

Opinion of Patent Counsel for the Company. Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx & Xxxxxxxx LLP and Brinks Xxxxx Xxxxxx & Xxxxx, patent counsel for the Company, shall each have furnished to the Representatives, at the request of the Company, a written opinion, dated as of the Closing Date or the Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, and addressed to the Underwriters, to the effect set forth in Annex A-2 and Annex A-3 hereto, respectively.

Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx & Xxxxxxxx LLP and Brinks Xxxxx Xxxxxx & XxxxxXxxx P.C., patent counsel Patent Counsel for the Company, shall each have furnished to the Representatives, at the request of the Company, a their written opinion, dated as of the Closing Date or the Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, and addressed to the Underwriters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives, to the effect set forth in Annex A-2 and Annex A-3 D hereto, respectively.
