Common use of Opportunity to Cure Clause in Contracts

Opportunity to Cure. Without creating an obligation to provide an opportunity to cure or accept the Subrecipient’s proposed cure if such an opportunity is provided, the County reserves the right to provide the Subrecipient the opportunity to cure any stated breach. If the County provides such opportunity to cure, shall: a. Provide the opportunity to cure as a part of the County’s breach of contract and termination notice; and b. Allot an appropriate deadline by which the Subrecipient must provide its proposed cure to the County.
