Common use of Opportunity to Remedy Clause in Contracts

Opportunity to Remedy. If, in accordance with section 14.2(b), the Ministry provides the Recipient with an opportunity to remedy the Event of Default, the Ministry shall provide Notice to the Recipient of: (a) the particulars of the Event of Default; and (b) the Notice Period.

Opportunity to Remedy. If, In addition to its rights provided for in accordance with section 14.2(b)14.2, the Ministry provides may provide the Recipient with an opportunity to remedy the Event of Default, the Ministry shall provide Default by providing Notice to the Recipient ofRecipient: (a) of the particulars of the Event of Default; and (b) of the Notice Periodperiod of time within which the Recipient is required to remedy the Event of Default.
