Opportunity to Work Additional Shifts. The following shall define the manner in which vacant shifts are filled by employees who have declared themselves available and are qualified to work them. The scheduling database shall be used to fill shifts in this sequence; for less than two weeks of notice via phone calls, or personally, shifts will be offered in this sequence:
