Common use of OPPRESSIVE STATES Clause in Contracts

OPPRESSIVE STATES. A. In accordance with Resolution No. 59,853 – N.S., Tenant certifies that it has no contractual relations with, and agrees during the term of this Lease to forego contractual relations to provide personal services to, the following entities: (1) The governing regime in any Oppressive State. (2) Any business or corporation organized under the authority of the governing regime of any Oppressive State. (3) Any individual, firm, partnership, corporation, association, or any other commercial organization, and including parent-entities and wholly-owned subsidiaries (to the extent that their operations are related to the purpose of this Lease) for the express purpose of assisting in business operations or trading with any public or private entity located in any Oppressive State. B. For purposes of this Lease, the Tibet Autonomous Region and the provinces of Ado, Kham, and U-Xxxxx shall be deemed oppressive states. C. Tenant’s failure to comply with this paragraph shall constitute a default of this Lease and Landlord may terminate this Lease pursuant to Section 19. In the event that Landlord terminates this Lease due to a default under this provision, Landlord may deem Tenant a non- responsible bidder for five (5) years from the date this Lease is terminated.

In the event that Landlord terminates this Lease due to a default under this provision, Landlord may deem Tenant a non- responsible bidder for five (5) years from the date this Lease is terminated.

Xxxxxx's failure to comply with this paragraph shall constitute a default of this Lease and Landlord may terminate this Lease pursuant to Section 19Paragraph 18. In the event that Landlord terminates this Lease due to a default under this provision, Landlord may deem Tenant a non- non-responsible bidder for five ({5) years from the date this Lease is terminated.

OPPRESSIVE STATES. A. 18.1 In accordance with Resolution No. 59,853 – 59,853-N.S., Tenant Lessee certifies that it has no contractual relations with, and agrees during the term of this Lease Agreement to forego contractual relations to provide personal services to, the following entities: (1a) The governing regime in any Oppressive State. (2b) Any business or corporation organized under the authority of the governing regime of any Oppressive State. (3c) Any individual, firm, partnership, corporation, association, or any other commercial organization, and including parent-entities and wholly-owned subsidiaries (to the extent that their operations are related to the purpose of this LeaseAgreement) for the express purpose of assisting in business operations or trading with any public or private entity located in any Oppressive State. B. 18.2 For purposes of this LeaseAgreement, the Tibet Autonomous Region and the provinces of Ado, KhamXxxx, and U-Xxxxx shall be deemed oppressive statesOppressive States. C. Tenant18.3 Lessee’s failure to comply with this paragraph shall constitute a default of this Lease Agreement and Landlord may Lessor may, subject to all applicable notice and cure periods, terminate this Lease pursuant to Section 19Agreement in accordance with Article 9. In the event that Landlord Lessor terminates this Lease Agreement due to a default under this provision, Landlord Lessor may deem Tenant Lessee a non- non-responsible bidder for five (5) years from the date this Lease Agreement is terminated.

B. For purposes of this Ground Lease, the Tibet Autonomous Region and the provinces of Ado, KhamXxxx, and U-Xxxxx shall be deemed oppressive states. C. Tenant’s failure to comply with this paragraph Section shall constitute a default of this Ground Lease and Landlord may terminate this Ground Lease pursuant to Section 19Article 14. In the event that Landlord terminates this Ground Lease due to a default under this provision, Landlord may deem Tenant a non- non-responsible bidder for five (5) years from the date this Ground Lease is terminated.

OPPRESSIVE STATES. A. 23.1 In accordance with Resolution No. 59,853 – N.S., Tenant Lessee certifies that it has no contractual relations with, and agrees during the term of this Lease to forego contractual relations to provide personal services to, the following entities: (1) 23.1.1 The governing regime in any Oppressive State. (2) 23.1.2 Any business or corporation organized under the authority of the governing regime of any Oppressive StateStates. (3) 23.1.3 Any individual, firm, partnership, corporation, association, or any other commercial organization, and including parent-entities and wholly-owned subsidiaries (to the extent that their operations are related to the purpose of this Lease) for the express purpose of assisting in business operations or trading with any public or private entity located in any Oppressive State. B. 23.2 For purposes of this Lease, the Tibet Autonomous Region and the provinces of Ado, KhamXxxx, and U-Xxxxx shall be deemed oppressive states. C. Tenant23.3 Lessee’s failure to comply with this paragraph shall constitute a default of this Lease and Landlord may terminate this Lease pursuant to Section 19paragraph 15. In the event that Landlord terminates this Lease due to a default under this provision, Landlord may deem Tenant Lessee a non- non-responsible bidder for five (5) years from the date this Lease is terminated.

Xxxxxx’s failure to comply with this paragraph shall constitute a default of this Lease and Landlord may terminate this Lease pursuant to Section paragraph 19. In the event that Landlord terminates this Lease due to a default under this provision, Landlord may deem Tenant a non- non-responsible bidder for five (5) years from the date this Lease is terminated.

A. 25.1 In accordance with Resolution No. 59,853 – 59,583-N.S., Tenant Licensee certifies that it has no contractual relations with, and agrees during the term of this Lease to forego forgo contractual relations to provide personal services to, the following entities: (1) 25.1.1 The governing regime in any Oppressive State. (2) 25.1.2 Any business or corporation organized under the authority of the governing regime of any Oppressive State. (3) 25.1.3 Any individual, firm, partnership, corporation, association, or any other commercial organization, and including parent-entities and wholly-owned subsidiaries (to the extent that their operations are related to the purpose of this Lease) for the express purpose of assisting in business operations or trading with any public or private entity located in any Oppressive State. B. 25.2 For purposes of this Lease, the Tibet Autonomous Region and the provinces of Ado, KhamXxxx, and UV-Xxxxx shall be deemed oppressive states. C. TenantOppressive States. Licensee’s failure to comply with this paragraph shall constitute a default of this Lease and Landlord City may terminate this Lease pursuant to Section 19Lease. In the event that Landlord City terminates this Lease due to a default under this provision, Landlord City may deem Tenant Licensee a non- non-responsible bidder for five (5) years from the date this Lease is terminated.

In the event that Landlord the City terminates this Lease Tenant due to a default under this provision, Landlord City may deem Tenant a non- non-responsible bidder for five (5) years from the date this Lease is terminated.

Tenant’s failure to comply with this paragraph shall constitute a default of this Lease and Landlord may terminate this Lease pursuant to Section 19Paragraph 18. In the event that Landlord terminates this Lease due to a default under this provision, Landlord may deem Tenant a non- non-responsible bidder for five (5) years from the date this Lease is terminated.

Any individual, firm, partnership, corporation, association, or any other commercial organization, and including parent-entities and wholly-owned subsidiaries (to the extent that their operations are related to the purpose of this Ground Lease) for the express purpose of assisting in business operations or trading with any public or private entity located in any Oppressive State. B. For purposes of this Ground Lease, the Tibet Autonomous Region and the provinces of AdoAmdo, Kham, and U-Xxxxx shall be deemed oppressive states. C. Tenant’s failure to comply with this paragraph Section shall constitute a default of this Ground Lease and Landlord may terminate this Ground Lease pursuant to Section 19ARTICLE 14 above. In the event that Landlord terminates this Ground Lease due to a default under this provision, Landlord may deem Tenant a non- non-responsible bidder for five (5) years from the date this Ground Lease is terminated.

Xxxxxx’s failure to comply with this paragraph shall constitute a default of this Lease and Landlord may terminate this Lease pursuant to Section 19Paragraph 17. In the event that Landlord terminates this Lease due to a default under this provision, Landlord may deem Tenant a non- responsible bidder for five (5) years from the date this Lease is terminated.

In the event that Landlord terminates this Lease due to a default under this provision, Landlord may deem Tenant a non- responsible bidder for five (5) years from the date this Lease is terminated.

In the event that Landlord terminates this Lease due to a default under this provision, Landlord may deem Tenant a non- non-responsible bidder for five (5) years from the date this Lease is terminated.
