OPSEU Pension Trust. Pursuant to paragraph 40 of the Sponsorship Agreement between OPSEU and Ontario, dated April 18, 1994, OPSEU and the Crown agree to amend the OPSEU Pension Plan to provide for continued membership in the Plan of former public servants for em ploym ent with an employer (“Employer”) who is not the Crown or a Crown agency in the following circumstances:

  • Pension Trust Fund Contingent upon the Fund being jointly and equally trusteed, the Employer shall contribute to the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 870 Pension Trust Fund in accordance with the attached Appendix A and forming part of this Agreement.

  • Canada Pension Plan All employees shall participate in and contribute to the Canada Pension Plan in accordance with the applicable legislation. The College will contribute to the plan for each employee, to the extent provided for in the applicable legislation.

  • Retirement Plan The 2.7% at 55 retirement plan will be available to eligible bargaining unit members covered by this Section 6.1.1.

  • Beneficiary Rollovers from Employer-Sponsored Retirement Plans If you are a spouse Beneficiary, nonspouse Beneficiary, or the trustee of an eligible type of trust named as Beneficiary of a deceased employer plan participant, you may directly roll over inherited assets from a qualified retirement plan, 403(a) annuity, 403(b) tax-sheltered annuity, or 457(b) governmental deferred compensation plan to an inherited IRA. The IRA must be maintained as an inherited IRA, subject to the beneficiary distribution requirements.
