Crown Agency definition

Crown Agency means a Crown Agency as defined in the Crown Agency Act (Ontario). “Effective Date” means the date set out at Part B.1 of Schedule “B” of this Agreement. “Eligible Costs” means the costs described in Part D.1 of Schedule “D” of this Agreement. “End of Funds Date” means the date set out in Part C.3 of Schedule “C” of this Agreement. “Event of Default” has the meaning given to it in section 15 of this Agreement.
