Common use of OPSRP Clause in Contracts

OPSRP. During the life of this Agreement, the City will continue to participate in the Oregon Public Services Retirement Plan (OPSRP) or its successor for eligible employees. The City shall pick up, assume, or pay the employee’s contribution required by law to OPSRP in accordance with ORS 238A.335(1) and (2)(a) subject to the Oregon Administrative Rules pursuant to OPSRP statutes.

The Effective October 1, 2008, the City shall pick up, assume, or pay the employee’s contribution required by law to OPSRP in accordance with ORS 238A.335(1statutes. To the extent permitted by Section 414(H-2) and (2)(a) subject to of the Oregon Administrative Rules pursuant to OPSRP statutesInternal Revenue Service Code, employee payroll deductions towards the cost of retirement shall be made on a pre-taxable income basis.
