Opt-Out Option Mode Signals. If a First Party elects to operate in Opt-Out Option Mode, it shall comply with the requirements to set and send Signals for Covered Transactions carried out in Opt-Out Option Mode as set forth in the Technical Signaling Implementation Guidelines. The First Party represents and warrants that the Signals it sends pursuant to this Section are truthful and accurate and that it complied with all requirements concerning the manner in which it provided the Consumer with the ability to exercise his or her rights pursuant to Applicable State Privacy Law or the U.S. National Approach, as applicable.
