Option A – Trader to notify Customers. S5.11 The Distributor must provide the Trader with notice of a Planned Service Interruption in accordance with EIEP5A at least 10 Working Days prior to the date on which the Planned Service Interruption is scheduled, including the ICP identifiers that the Distributor’s information system indicates will be affected by the Planned Service Interruption. On receipt of such notice, the Trader must promptly notify affected Customers for which it is responsible of the Planned Service Interruption.

Option A – Trader to notify Customers. Where the Distributor requires the Trader to notify Customers, the Distributor must provide the Trader with notice of a Planned Service Interruption in accordance with the relevant EIEP at least 10 Working Days prior to the date on which the Planned Service Interruption is scheduled, including the ICP identifiers that the Distributor’s information system indicates will be affected by the Planned Service Interruption. On receipt of such notice, the Trader must promptly notify affected Customers for which it is responsible of the Planned Service Interruption, and must ensure that notice is received by the affected Customers at least 4 Working Days’ prior to the Planned Service Interruption.

The notice will include the ICP identifiers that the Distributor’s information system indicates will be affected by the Planned Service Interruption. On receipt of such notice, the Trader must promptly notify those affected Customers for which it is responsible of the Planned Service Interruption, and must ensure that notice is received by the affected Customers at least 4 Working Days’ prior to the Planned Service Interruption.

  • By Customer To the extent permitted by applicable law, Customer will defend Microsoft against any third-party claim to the extent it alleges that: (1) any Customer Data or non- Microsoft software hosted in an Online Service by Microsoft on Customer’s behalf misappropriates a trade secret or directly infringes a patent, copyright, trademark, or other proprietary right of a third party; or (2) Customer’s use of any Product or Fix, alone or in combination with anything else, violates the law or xxxxx a third party.
