Planned Service Interruptions. Option A - Trader to notify Customers (subject to clause S5.23)
Planned Service Interruptions. Unless the Distributor elects otherwise (in which case Schedules 3.11 to 3.14 will apply), the Retailer will be responsible for notifying Customers of Planned Service Interruptions in accordance with Schedules 3.5 to 3.10.
Planned Service Interruptions. Retailer to notify Consumers (Default)
Planned Service Interruptions. As at the Commencement Date of this Agreement, the Distributor is responsible for notifying Customers of Planned Service Interruptions. On not less than 60 Working Days’ written notice (or such lesser period as may be agreed in writing between the parties) the Distributor may advise the Trader that the party responsible for notifying Customers of Planned Service Interruptions is to change and that change will be effective from the date specified in the notice.
Planned Service Interruptions. The Distributor must provide the Trader with notice of a Planned Service Interruption in accordance with EIEP5A at least 10 Working Days prior to the date on which the Planned Service Interruption is scheduled, including the ICP identifiers that the Distributor’s information system indicates will be affected by the Planned Service Interruption. On receipt of such notice (or notice of a change to, or cancellation of, a Planned Service Interruption), the Trader must promptly notify affected Customers for which it is responsible about the Planned Service Interruption.
Planned Service Interruptions. 7S3.3 For all Planned Service Interruptions, the Distributor will notify affected those Connected Customers or, where information has been provided by the Retailer Distributor under clause 2.2(b) of this agreement4.2(a), those Consumers, which its information systems indicate will be affected with a notice specifying the time and date of the Planned Service Interruption and the reason for the interruption at least 4 Working Days prior to the date on which the Planned Service Interruption is scheduled. S3.8S3.4 The Distributor will provide the Retailer with notice of the Planned Service Interruption in accordance with the relevant EIEPthe manner reasonably determined by the Distributor from time to time at least [4] Working Days before the Planned Service Interruption is scheduled. S4.1 The Distributor and the Retailer recognise that the process of managing connections and disconnections of ICPs on the Network requires significant co-ordination between them.
Planned Service Interruptions. As far as is reasonably practicable, the Distributor will schedule any Planned Service Interruptions so as to minimise disruption to Consumers. The Distributor will comply with the Service Interruption Communications Policies in relation to the notification of Planned Service Interruptions and any changes to the planned date and time for restoration of supply on the Network.
Planned Service Interruptions. For Planned Service Interruptions, the following will apply.
Planned Service Interruptions. If any utility services must be discontinued temporarily to perform work, such interruptions shall be described and indicated on the project installation schedule. The description shall include the length of the interruption, its time (date, day of week, time of day, etc.), and a justification. Required service interruptions shall be scheduled per C.5.6 of the master IDIQ contract.
Planned Service Interruptions. Where the Distributor determines the need for a Service Interruption sufficiently in advance to meet the relevant notice period, the Service Interruption shall be carried out as a Planned Service Interruption and the Distributor shall, at its option, either:
