Option B - Prepayment of Basic Rent. The County may elect to have such Net Proceeds applied to the prepayment of all of the principal component of Basic Rent, plus interest accrued to the date of prepayment set forth in Section 4.3, and after such election the Bondholder shall (upon receiving such Net Proceeds) redeem the Bond.

Option B - Prepayment of Basic Rent. The County may elect to have the Net Proceeds payable as to any such loss of title, condemnation or taking applied to the prepayment of all of the principal component of Basic Rent, interest accrued to the date of prepayment as provided under Section 4.3 hereof, and, after such election, the Bondholder shall (upon receiving such Net Proceeds, to the extent and in the manner provided in the Bond Purchase Agreement and to the extent of such Net Proceeds) such Net Proceeds shall be used to redeem the Bond or portion thereof available to be redeemed by such Net Proceeds.

  • Optional Prepayment (a) The Borrower shall have the right at any time and from time to time to prepay any Borrowing, in whole or in part, upon at least three Business Days’ prior written or fax notice (or telephone notice promptly confirmed by written or fax notice) in the case of Eurodollar Loans, or written or fax notice (or telephone notice promptly confirmed by written or fax notice) at least one Business Day prior to the date of prepayment in the case of ABR Loans, to the Administrative Agent before 11:00 a.m., New York City time; provided, however, that each partial prepayment shall be in an amount that is an integral multiple of $1,000,000 and not less than $3,000,000.

  • Base Rent Lessee shall pay Base Rent and other rent or charges, as the same may be adjusted from time to time, to Lessor in lawful money of the United States, without offset or deduction, on or before the day on which it is due under the terms of this Lease. Base Rent and all other rent and charges for any period during the term hereof which is for less than one full month shall be prorated based upon the actual number of days of the month involved. Payment of Base Rent and other charges shall be made to Lessor at its address stated herein or to such other persons or at such other addresses as Lessor may from time to time designate in writing to Lessee.
