Common use of Option Candidate Nomination Clause in Contracts

Option Candidate Nomination. As part of the R&D Program, the Parties shall, through the JSC, review the status of Selected Products and assess Information with respect to Selected Products so that the JSC may determine whether any Selected Product nominated by GCLC as a potential Option Candidate meets the Option Candidate Criteria. When the JSC determines that a Selected Product qualifies as an Option Candidate, the provisions of Section 5 shall apply to such Option Candidate.
