Option is Not Transferable. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, this option and the rights and privileges conferred hereby may not be transferred, pledged, assigned or otherwise hypothecated in any way (whether by operation of law or otherwise) and shall not be subject to sale under execution, attachment or similar process. Upon any attempt to transfer, pledge, assign, hypothecate or otherwise dispose of this option, or of any right or privilege conferred hereby, or upon any attempted sale under any execution, attachment or similar process, this option and the rights and privileges conferred hereby immediately shall become null and void.
Option is Not Transferable. Except to the extent provided in the Plan, the unvested Shares subject to this grant and the rights and privileges conferred hereby shall not be sold, transferred, pledged, assigned or otherwise alienated or hypothecated in any way (whether by operation of law or otherwise except pursuant to a qualified domestic relations order, as determined by the Company) other than by will or by the laws of descent and distribution.
Option is Not Transferable. This Option may not be transferred in any manner otherwise than by will or by the laws of descent or distribution and may be exercised during the lifetime of Participant only by Participant.
