Option Personal. Each Option granted to Tenant is personal to the --------------- original Tenant executing this Lease and may be exercised only by the original Tenant executing this Lease while occupying the entire Premises (as expanded) and without the intent of thereafter assigning this Lease or subletting the Premises (as expanded) and may not be exercised or be assigned, voluntarily or involuntarily, by any person or entity other than the original Tenant executing this Lease.
