Option to Obtain Services and Elements and Combinations Under Other Agreements. 5.1 BellSouth shall make available and AT&T may elect to adopt pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 252 and the FCC rules and regulations regarding such availability any interconnection, service, or network element provided under an agreement approved pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 252. The adopted interconnection, service, or network element shall apply to the same states as such other agreement and for the identical term of such other agreement. AT&T may exercise this option by delivering written notice to BellSouth, which may include a proposed amendment to this Agreement to incorporate the prices, terms and conditions, in whole or in part found in the other agreement. 5.2 Any dispute between the Parties concerning any election or exercise of an option by AT&T under this Section 5 shall be resolved pursuant to the dispute resolution procedure set forth in Section 16 of the General Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.

The Parties shall adopt all rates, terms and conditions concerning such other interconnection, service or network element. The adopted interconnection, service, or network element and agreement shall apply to the same states as such other agreement. The term of the adopted agreement or provisions shall expire on the same date as set forth in the agreement that was adopted. AT&T may exercise this option by delivering written notice to BellSouth. 5.2 Any dispute between the Parties concerning any election or exercise of an option by AT&T under this Section 5 shall be resolved pursuant to the dispute resolution procedure set forth in Section 16 of the General Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.
