Common use of Optional Accidental Damage and Theft Coverage Clause in Contracts

Optional Accidental Damage and Theft Coverage. Coverage for accidental damage and theft of the equipment is optional. An annual fee of $50 covers damage and theft of the iPad device only, as defined in this agreement. Misplacement of the device is NOT covered.
