Common use of Optional Interconnection System Reliability Impact Study Clause in Contracts

Optional Interconnection System Reliability Impact Study. If Developer elects to perform an Optional Interconnection System Reliability Impact Study, the study report shall provide a sensitivity analysis based on the assumptions specified by Developer in the scope for the Optional Interconnection System Reliability Impact Study developed in accordance with Section 3.0 of these Terms and Conditions. The Optional Interconnection System Reliability Impact Study will identify the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities, Distribution Upgrades, and System Upgrade Facilities, and the estimated cost thereof, that may be required to provide Energy Resource Interconnection Service based upon the assumptions specified by Developer in the scope for the Optional Interconnection System Reliability Impact Study developed in accordance with Section 3.0 of these Terms and Conditions.
