Optional Materials Clause Samples
The Optional Materials clause defines the terms under which additional materials, not initially specified in the main agreement, may be provided by one party to the other. This clause typically outlines the process for offering, accepting, and paying for such materials, which might include extra supplies, components, or resources that could enhance or supplement the primary deliverables. Its core function is to provide flexibility for both parties to address unforeseen needs or opportunities during the course of the contract, while ensuring that the terms for these additions are clear and agreed upon in advance.
Optional Materials. Where any material or equipment item is specified by two or more manufacturer’s name or proprietary identifications, the Contract may provide any one of the materials or equipment so specified. Only one brand, kind, or make of material or equipment shall be used for each specific purpose throughout the Work notwithstanding that similar material or equipment of two or more manufacturers may be specified for the same purpose.
Optional Materials a. Any evidence of scholarship, professional or artistic expertise that the faculty member chooses to submit, produced since the submission of the last evaluation, if reflective of expertise related to the course or courses being taught.
b. A self-reflective statement of teaching strengths and opportunities as well as professional goals.
c. An updated vitae/resume including any new/renewed professional certifications, licenses, etc.
d. If the adjunct faculty member has requested a classroom observation from the Center for Faculty Excellence or a Teaching Analysis Protocol, these materials may be included at the discretion of the faculty member. See Section M of this Article.
e. Additional student feedback may only be included for the purposes set forth in Section K of this Article.
Optional Materials. The applicant may also choose to submit any of the following materials, which shall also be considered as part of the total application.
Optional Materials. Cytovance has access to certain Third Party Licensed Materials that may be used in the Services for development of Client Product and the manufacture of R&D Batches without a separate license between Client and the Third Party. Cytovance shall notify Client in writing of Cytovance’s intention is use Third Party Licensed Materials prior to commencing Services. If desired by Client, Cytovance will assist Client in determining what Third Party Licensed Materials may benefit any Client Product.
