Common use of Optional Services Agreement Clause in Contracts

Optional Services Agreement. It is understood and agreed that Buyer may not have for a period of time after Closing Date, certain systems or processes necessary to provide some basic customer services. Seller will at Buyer's request and for the fees described in Schedule 9.2 provide any or all of the services described in a separate "Optional Services Agreement" signed by the parties substantially in the form attached hereto as Schedule 9.2.
