B.17.5 Salary Indemnity Fund / Salary Continuance Plan Participation in the BCTF Teachers' Salary Indemnity Fund / Salary Continuance Plan shall be a condition of employment for all teachers appointed to the District after January 1, 1978. The premiums for this plan shall be paid totally by the teachers.
