Options and Other Equity Compensation Interests. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Executive, his estate or legal representation shall be entitled to all rights that are provided to Executive under under any stock options, restricted stock or other equity compensation arrangements through the expiration date for such instruments in the event of death, disability or termination of employment without Cause by the Company.
