Options for Appealing Disciplinary Action. A. Any employee shall have the right to either grieve a disciplinary action pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, or to appeal the decision to the Civil Service Board. B. An employee who elects to pursue a grievance under the terms of this Agreement shall follow the procedures for filing a grievance outlined in Article 27. C. An employee who elects to appeal to the Civil Service Board shall initiate proceeding by filing a notice of appeal with the Civil Service Board.
